Our Director 

Professor Enrico Mosconi, who has got a degree in Arts and worked as a teacher at the Scientific Liceo in Aosta, joins the world of choirs in the seventies.  

Because of his ability he is requested to conduct the church choir of Nus (a village in the surroundings of Aosta) and, at the same time, he conducts also the male choir of Verrayes.

After a while, in 1974, Father Domaine, the Sant’Orso Choir director, gives him the very important task to create a choir with the purpose to strengthen the relationship between the two villages of Arpuilles and Excenex.

The challenge is won but it is a little too demanding for Enrico Mosconi. He conducts the church choir of Nus, the Choir of Verrayes, the just born Les Hirondelles and, additionally, he sings in the Sant’Orso Choir that, for a couple of years, he conducts as well. It is really too much… the director has to choose…

And so, after thirty two years, he still conducts our Choir with great enthusiasm and passion… the only other commitment that he maintains is to play the organ in several churches of the Aosta region.
